A Massachusetts entrepreneur and investor has purchased Granite Town Plaza, a 109,000-square-foot shopping center in Milford, for $6.1 million.
Chris Alexandrou of Boxford, Mass., owner of Clerbrook Center in Derry and two family restaurants in Massachusetts, acquired the property from CHERB LLC, Herb and Cheryl Hardman and 185 Elm Street LLC.
The center’s major tenants include a Tractor Supply store, a Golds Gym, and the River Card House, which hosts poker games for charity. Other tenants include Hallmark Cards and Family Dollar.
Dan Scanlon of Colliers International’s Manchester office and Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty Inc., Nashua, represented the sellers.
