Micronetics buys microwave firm
Hudson-based Micronetics has acquired MICA Microwave in a deal valued at $5 million.
Micronetics said it will use $3 million of the proceeds from its new term loan to finance the cash portion of the acquisition.
Manteca, Calif.-based MICA offers a comprehensive line of high performance RF/microwave mixers and ferrite devices. Its revenues for the fiscal year ended Oct. 31 were $5.6 million.
