After serving three years as general manger of the Attitash Grand Summit Hotel and Conference Center at the base of Attitash resort in Bartlett, John Lowell has been named managing director of the entire resort.
“Since joining Attitash, John Lowell has succeeded in energizing and improving the Grand Summit Hotel,” said B.J. Fair, president and CEO of American Skiing Co., owner of the resort. “His constant focus on our guests’ experience and continuous improvement in our operations will serve the entire resort well.”
Lowell’s new role will include day-to-day responsibility for all operations at Attitash, the largest ski and summer resort in the Mount Washington Valley.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Lowell’s professional history includes service as the Director of Hospitality at Waterville Valley Resort and Director of Guest Services for Castle Springs in Moultonborough. – TRACIE STONE
