Justice Linda Dalinais to speak at BIA breakfast

New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Linda Dalianis will speak about the Granite State’s court system at a breakfast event hosted by the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association this coming Friday, April 29 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at Red Blazer Restaurant, 72 Manchester St., Concord.Chief Justice Dalianis will discuss her plans to shape New Hampshire’s court system and ensure it remains relevant to businesses in the 21st century.She is expected to talk about new innovations within the court system, the business court docket, budget challenges and other pressing issues.Linda Stewart Dalianis was sworn in as the 35th chief justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court on Dec. 15, 2010, by Gov. John Lynch. She was the first woman to hold a seat on the Supreme Court and is the first woman to be chief justice. Prior to her appointment to the Supreme Court by Gov.
