Elissa Margolin serves as director of Housing Action NH, a statewide organization of 80 organizations and businesses working to improve state and federal policy so everyone in New Hampshire has a place to call home. Since its founding in 2009, Housing Action NH has successfully secured major appropriations for the development of affordable housing, increased funding for eviction prevention and homeless services, increased federal resources for housing, established a new Medicaid benefit for supportive housing services, helped pass accessory dwelling unit legislation, created the Housing Appeals Board, secured funding for a new statewide Housing Champions municipal incentive program and protected the Workforce Housing Law. Margolin holds a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and a B.A. from McGill University. She resides in Portsmouth with her husband and miniature dachshund.

Michael Skelton currently serves as President and CEO of the Business and Industry Association (BIA) of New Hampshire, the state’s leading business advocate and statewide Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Skelton served as President and CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber, the state’s largest regional Chamber of Commerce. In total, Skelton has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the Chamber of Commerce industry and brings a background in public relations, media relations, economic development, and government affairs to his roles. In addition to his role at the BIA, Skelton is in his second term member of the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority. Skelton lives in Bedford, NH with his wife, Emily, and their two children, Colin and Eleanor.

Karen LaMontagne is part of the third generation of LaMontagne Builders Inc (LBI). Since 1964 LBI has been developing homes across southern New Hampshire. Specializing in the process of purchasing raw land through to the delivery of completed communities to homeowners. LaMontagne is currently the Vice President of the company and oversees much of the daily operations. LaMontagne has a BA in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Operations and Project Management and a Global MBA with a Concentration in Workplace Conflict Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of NH. LaMontagne is also the immediate past president of the New Hampshire State Home Builders Association, and is a Past President of the Greater Manchester Nashua Home Builders Association.

Rob Dapice is the Executive Director/CEO of New Hampshire Housing. Dapice serves on various boards, including the Board of Directors of the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, Waypoint Board of Trustees and his town’s Planning Board. A resident of Contoocook, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a master of business administration degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2017 and a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School.
