Employee education: The missing piece in retirement plans
A 2024 Human Interest study found 91% of employees with access to financial wellness education enrolled in their workplace retirement plan, compared to just 76% enrollment without it.
Dr. Elliot Eisenberg, former senior economist at the National Association of Home Builders, will be the speaker at a special Home Builders and Remodelers of New Hampshire event set for Sept. 25 at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College in Manchester.
Eisenberg, an authority on the economic impact of homebuilding, consequences of government regulation, cost-benefit analysis, strategic business development and other current economic issues, will explain the current economic situation and the next steps to strengthen New Hampshire’s housing market.
Among the topics he is expected to address include:
• What your business can expect from the housing recovery in the coming months.
• What will consumers want?
• Will Congress help or hinder the housing recovery?
The evening, sponsored by the Concord-based law firm of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Cost is $55 per person for non-HBRANH members. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
