Halsted named Cedar Point CFO

Donald Halsted will join Derry-based Cedar Point Communication as its new chief financial officer later this month.

Halsted has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years, most recently serving as CFO of 3Com Corp. of Marlborough, Mass.

Jeff Lavin, Cedar Point’s current CFO, will remain with the company, serving as senior vice president, finance, the company said.
