Foreclosure rates continued their decline in the Manchester-Nashua area, according to data from property analytics firm CoreLogic.
The company said that the rate of Manchester-Nashua area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 0.62 percent for December 2015, a decrease of 0.15 percentage points from December 2014, when the rate was 0.77 percent. Foreclosure activity in Manchester-Nashua was lower than the national foreclosure rate, which was 1.20 percent for December 2015.
The mortgage delinquency rate in Manchester-Nashua decreased as well. According to CoreLogic data for December 2015, 2.21 percent of mortgage loans were 90 days or more delinquent, compared with 2.82 percent for the same period in 2014, a decrease of 0.61 percentage points.
