Massachusetts-based Enterprise Bank has announced plans to open its fourth southern New Hampshire branch, this one in Pelham.The bank said it is currently pursuing all regulatory approvals, with the goal of opening the new full-service branch at 139 Bridge St. in the spring of 2012.Established in 1989 and headquartered in Lowell, Enterprise has 18 full-service branch offices, 15 in Massachusetts and three in the New Hampshire communities of Derry, Hudson and Salem.As of March 31, bank assets were $1.43 billion.
