Michael has more than 30 years of legal experience representing clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters. He has been privileged to represent and provide effective legal counsel to individuals, families and businesses ranging from start-ups, closely held or family owned to Fortune 500 Companies.

Michael has significant and broad litigation experience having successfully conducted numerous trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings related to business and commercial matters, property disputes and significant personal injuries.

In addition to being admitted to practice in the States of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York, Michael is a Member of the Sports Lawyers Association and has served as General Counsel to an Atlantic League of Professional Baseball franchise and also represented professional athletes and NCAA Governed institutions.
