The Pembroke Planning Board has conditionally approved the planned construction of a 350,000-square-foot Associated Grocers of New England warehouse — the first development in the Soucook River Development District.
The board did set out a dozen provisions for Associated Grocers before it can break ground on the project, but it didn’t seek to impose $150,000 in impact fees sought by Concord officials.
The Concord Planning Board last month asked for the money to offset the warehouse’s effects on Routes 3 and 106.
Pembroke officials said they don’t assess impact fees for commercial developments.
