ENGINEERING

Thomas Burns, PE, has been promoted to TFMoran’s Civil Department manager. He initially joined TFMoran in 2014 and has over 25 years of civil engineering experience. He is also a New Hampshire certified subsurface disposal system designer.

Michael A. Ciance, PE, has been promoted to senior principal of Terracon, as part of the company’s dams and levees professional resource group. He brings more than 33 years of geotechnical consulting and construction materials testing experience to the new role.

Sanborn, Head & Associates has announced two senior leadership promotions: Sean Murphy, PG, has been promoted to vice president, and Sam Warner has been promoted to director of data management and visualization.

UTILITIES

Eversource has been named to TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies for 2026, an annual ranking that recognizes organizations based on employee satisfaction, financial performance and sustainability transparency.

HOSPITALITY

Ragged Mountain has appointed Alan “Al” Wickstrom as its new general manager. He was previously the vice president of operations at Loon Mountain Resort for four years and also led mountain operations at Ragged Mountain in prior years.

The Music Hall has hired Markus Gottschlich as the organization’s next president and CEO, effective September 1. An Austrian-American arts executive, arts advocate and Steinway Artist with more than 15 years of experience, Gottschlich most recently served as executive director of the Warehouse Arts District Association in St. Petersburg, Fla.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Kayla Selhorst has been chosen as Holy Rosary Credit Union’s next president and chief executive officer. Selhorst will join HRCU on October 1, working alongside current president and CEO Brian Hughes prior to his retirement on December 31. Hughes was in the role for 22 years.

Bank of New Hampshire’s Wealth Management division was voted Silver in the Financial Advisor/Planner category at the 2026 Best of the Lakes Region Awards, presented by the Laconia Daily Sun. This is the fifth consecutive year the group has been recognized in this category.

Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) has promoted Tate Miller to assistant vice president, commercial loan officer based in the Laconia office. Tate joined MVSB in 2022 as a commercial lending apprentice, and was later promoted to commercial loan officer in 2024.

Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack) has welcomed Tom Ouellette as mortgage loan officer (NMLS#126272) to its resident lending team. Ouellette has 33 years of experience in the mortgage industry, serving countless homebuyers across Southern New Hampshire over the years.

NBT Bank has promoted Tara Trafton to senior vice president and chief credit officer. Trafton joined the company in 2014 as a senior commercial banking relationship manager, and has accumulated more than 30 years of banking experience.

Fox Ridge Capital, a hybrid commercial finance company, has named David Lyder as its president. He was most recently EVP and Ascentium Capital Group manager, a division of Regions Bank.

Lauren Young, VP of residential mortgage sales (NMLS# 1890212) for Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB), has graduated from the 2025-26 New Hampshire Housing Homeownership Fellows program. The cohort of NH-based housing professionals participated in workshops focused on housing policy, economic development and state government, while also learning about the programs and resources available through New Hampshire Housing to support residents.

Franklin Savings Bank has welcomed Joe Todisco to the role of SVP, chief retail and customer experience officer, based out of the Bank’s main office in Franklin. He has been in the banking industry for 25 years, most recently serving as VP, regional manager for Northern Bank & Trust.

Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) has been named the No. 1 Best-In-State Credit Union in New Hampshire for 2026 by Forbes for the second consecutive year. The annual rankings — based on survey responses and an analysis of customer reviews — evaluates financial institutions based on customer satisfaction and loyalty, including trust, customer service, digital experience, financial advice and fee transparency.

FITNESS

BODYBAR Pilates, a high-energy, reformer-based Pilates studio, will open its first studio in New Hampshire at 71 Portsmouth Avenue in Exeter, owned and operated by local entrepreneur Aaron Smith. The grand opening is scheduled for August 10.

NONPROFITS

After 22 years working at NeighborWorks Southern NH, chief operating officer Diane Brewster will be retiring at the end of July. She joined the nonprofit’s staff in 2004 as a home ownership counselor, later becoming the finance manager in 2005 before moving into her current position in 2006.

Leadership New Hampshire (LNH) has elected four new members to its board of trustees, along with the organization’s officers for the 2026-27 program year. Joining the board are: James Bassett, of counsel, Orr & Reno; Kelli D’Amore, managing partner, Nathan Wechsler & Co.; Rusty Talbot, owner and manager, North Country Climbing Center; and Matt Toy, VP customer experience, FirstLight Fiber. Officers for the year will be: chair, Mica Stark, NH College & University Council; vice chair, Robin Milnes, INEX Capital; secretary, Jeannie Cadarette, Fish & Game Department; and treasurer, Mark Zankel, ReVision Energy.

Waypoint has appointed Erin George-Kelly as chief operating officer. She previously served as director of innovation and strategic initiatives, and also led Waypoint’s Homeless Youth and Young Adult Department, advancing services for young people experiencing homelessness across the state.

Monadnock Habitat for Humanity recently welcomed four new members to its board of directors: Kathleen Lamendola, affordable housing program manager, Southwestern Community Services; Raleigh Ormerod, a previous executive with companies including Stanley Black & Decker, Rain Bird, Procter & Gamble and Colgate-Palmolive; Christina Perkins of Keene, who has more than 20 years in the healthcare IT space; and Brittany Lehr, a solution architect for Salesforce.

Kendal at Hanover has once again earned an “A-” credit rating with a Stable Outlook from Fitch Ratings — the third consecutive year for the continuing care retirement community. Finding the nonprofit organization in a strong financial position with sound governance and long-term strategic planning, the annual review was conducted during an executive leadership transition, including the upcoming departure of CEO Beth Vettori later this year and the appointment of CFO Riann Chrimes last year.

TECHNOLOGY

Deep tech global PR agency Rainier Communications has announced Sarah LaLiberte as CEO, succeeding founder Steve Schuster, who moves into a founder and advisor role. LaLiberte, who lives in Sanbornton, is also founder of EchovaTech, a tech marketing and strategy consultancy. Rainier works with semiconductor, AI, wireless and quantum computing companies, and its legal home is shifting from Massachusetts to New Hampshire as part of the transition and acquisition.

EDUCATION

Dr. Chuck Lloyd has been selected by the CCSNH board of trustees to be the next chancellor of the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH). Dr. Lloyd currently serves as CCSNH’s vice chancellor, a position he has held since 2023. From 2017 to 2023, he was president of White Mountains Community College (WMCC). In 2024, Lloyd served as interim president of Manchester Community College (MCC) during a leadership transition.

Joshua Reap has been appointed to Pinkerton Academy’s board of trustees, representing Candia. Reap currently serves as president and CEO of the Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire/Vermont, and is president of the board of directors for the Vermont Construction Academy.

The Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) appointed five new members to the system’s board of trustees. They are: Christy Johnson, director of workforce development, Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Initiative (ARMI); Diane Fitzpatrick, executive director, Boys & Girls Club of Grater Manchester; Tim Powers, head of school, Pinkerton Academy; Joel Dolan, chief of police for Salem, NH; and Michelle Halligan Foley, director of the Spaulding Career & Technical Education Center in Rochester.

MARKETING

Millennium Agency recently welcomed Brandon Espinoza as digital creative designer. He previously served as a web designer at DealerOn, where he developed custom websites, optimized site performance, implemented accessibility best practices, and enhanced user experiences for automotive clients globally.

LAW

The law firm of McLane Middleton has hired attorneys Corey M. Habib, Henry M. Marley and David Wittmann. Habib is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department; Marley is of counsel in the Trusts and Estates Department; and Wittman is of counsel in McLane’s Corporate Department.

Shaheen & Gordon, PA, has hired attorney Shelby Anderson, who will be joining the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group and working out of its Dover office. Anderson is a recent graduate from Vermont Law, and operated her own farm before entering the legal field.

HEALTH CARE

Elliot Health System’s senior vice president and CFO, Mike Turilli, was recently recognized by Becker’s Healthcare in its 2026 Hospital and Health System CFOs to Know list. This list recognizes financial leaders whose strategic vision and operational discipline are the backbone of some of the country’s most consequential healthcare organizations.

Concord Hospital Health System (CHHS) has appointed Seanna Zimmerman, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, as its new chief nursing officer, effective August 24. She most recently served as VP, chief nursing officer in patient care services at the Miriam Hospital in Providence, R.I., and has more than 25 years of leadership experience.

Executive Home Care, a provider of in-home care services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, has opened its southeast New Hampshire location at 409 Elm Street in Manchester, owned and operated by Greg Tautkus and Lisa Streeter. The new agency provides non-medical home care designed to help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Streeter is a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience, and Tautkus previously served as an emergency medical technician.

ConvenientMD has announced the recipients of its 2026 Student Scholarship Program, which awards $20,000 to 11 graduating high school seniors across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts who plan to pursue higher education in healthcare-related fields. New Hampshire student recipients are: Yacine Abderrahim, Manchester Central High School; Morgan Barry, Nashua High School North; and Naomi Panjaitan, Dover High School.

Lonzeau to receive Lifetime Achievement Award

GO NORTH NH Director Donnalee Lozeau has been chosen as the 2026 Business & Industry Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, sponsored by Whelen Engineering, to be presented at the 113th Annual Dinner on October 14. Lozeau led New Hampshire’s Rural Health Transformation initiative to strengthen healthcare access and improve long-term health outcomes across the state’s rural communities. Previously, she served as executive director of Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR), where she advanced workforce development, affordable housing, early childhood education and economic opportunity programs. She also served 16 years in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, including four years as Deputy Speaker, and eight years as Nashua’s 55th Mayor.
