11 homes planned for The Woodlands at Mountain View Farm development
Ground has been broken at The Woodlands at Mountain View Farm, a residential community located off Fairgrounds Road in Plymouth, NH.
The Woodlands at Mountain View Farm is a new project consisting of 11 homes, sized for easy living at 900-1,448 square feet, and occupancy is available to all ages.
Developed by Plymouth-area developers Harry and Dale Blackey and their company BYCO, LLC and built by Ritz-Craft Homes of Pennsylvania, the first phase of the planned 11 homes in the landscaped cul-de-sac features four one- or three-bedroom customizable homes with direct-entry garages and the option of including a second detached garage. Landscape maintenance, plowing and trash removal are included.
Harry Blackey said, “Our builders are making great progress and we are ready for potential buyers to pick their design selections. This is a great time to learn more and reserve a unit so you can customize it to make it your own during the building process. The neighborhood is vibrant and is ready to welcome new homeowners.”
Buyers can personalize the cape-style homes to make them their own by selecting flooring, cabinetry and finishes. A model home will be in place by early April for potential buyers to explore.
Community features include peaceful woodlands, a private pond, playing field, basketball area, playscape and walking trails creating an active outdoor environment on 35-plus acres.
The Woodlands is minutes away from downtown restaurants and shopping, Plymouth State University, Speare Memorial Hospital, cultural opportunities and other points of interest, and easy access to I-93 North or South.
“Our agents, Sue Sampson and Ray Newton, are eager to show off the new Woodlands development to prospective homebuyers and explore all of the available options with them.” said Dale Blackey of BYCO. He added, “This is a unique development of exceptional homes and comfortable living in a serene setting that will appeal to many.”
