Sandra is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group and an accomplished tax lawyer, who advises on matters pertaining to federal income tax in corporate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and planning initiatives, including the structuring of cross-border and IP buy-in transactions. She also provides counsel with regard to partnership and REIT tax issues in the formation of real estate investment funds.
In addition to her private practice, Sandra has served as in-house counsel, tax adviser and consultant to healthcare and industrial manufacturing interests, among others. Prior to entering into law, she worked in the leveraged finance group of a prominent investment bank.
Jeff Lapak, Director

Jeff Lapak has been the Director of the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) since 2018 where he leads the globally recognized 3rd party test lab for certification of data communication technologies, including Blockchain technologies. Jeff is responsible for facilitating the lab’s development in certification test programs, creating strategic partnerships and leading the lab’s strategic direction across its many technology areas. Jeff also is the Executive Director of the UNHI Venture Studio and for Director of Operations for the UNH Collaborative Core Wet Lab, formerly the UNH COVID lab. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

He is a banking Chief Executive, visionary, and national banking authority having over 30 years of experience in financial institution management, strategic leadership, education, technology innovation, lending, risk management, regulatory compliance, and finance. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-St. Paul and the Graduate School of Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
