John is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, chair of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice, and a member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Group. He is a leading transactional real estate attorney north of Boston and a sought after national voice on legal issues involving artificial intelligence.

John serves as outside real estate counsel to regional and national companies, overseeing the management, financing, and expansion of their real estate holdings. In that role, he develops strategic plans for clients’ real estate assets and coordinates with local counsel across the country to effectively implement those plans, protecting and leveraging clients’ holdings. He also represents clients in all manner of discrete real estate transactions in the north of Boston market, including sales, acquisitions, leases, easement negotiations, and municipal land use applications before zoning, planning, and select boards. John frequently works with in house and outside real estate counsel on stand-alone projects where local counsel is beneficial.

Beavens Sabrina

Sabrina is a director in the Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group.  She is an accomplished and respected attorney who is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate and business law; commercial and residential real estate; banking and commercial transactions; bankruptcy; estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Throughout her career Sabrina has worked closely with individual and business clients on a broad range of real estate and business matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use, governance, contracts, finance, general corporate issues, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, creditors’ rights, evictions, and succession planning. She has represented local and national clients in bankruptcy matters throughout the United States and worked with banks, credit unions, and private lenders on significant commercial financing, workout, and foreclosure matters. Sabrina has also assisted municipal clients with a variety of issues, including tax matters.

Caroline Palucha is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group where she assists individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant, easements, and land use matters.

Caroline earned her J.D. magna cum laude, from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2024, where she served as an officer for the Hispanic and Latinx Law Student Association.

Graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2003. Chris Norwood began his real estate brokerage career in 2000 when he became a licensed salesperson in the state of New Hampshire. Since that time he has assisted in closing tens of millions of dollars worth of sale and lease transactions over hundreds of thousands of square feet, as well as aided in consulting and valuation work.
