Residential Real Estate Trends for 2025

Housing Webinar 2025

Housing continues to be the hottest subject in the Granite State. Join us as industry leaders offer a snapshot of emerging trends. Experts from New Hampshire Housing, Kennebunk Savings Bank and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors will discuss creative ways financial institutions and housing agencies are finding success even at a time of record low inventories.

Our panel of experts will discuss:

– Housing reform bills pending before the Legislature and a newly formed business coalition advocating for them.

– Successful pathways for first-time home buyers, how deals are being structured and the types of homes they are buying.

– How banks are making it easier to finance accessory dwelling units, which home owners are using to create secondary housing on a single-family lot for extended family members or renters.

This webinar was held on March 20, 2025.
