For over three decades, Brian has analyzed economic, demographic, labor market and industry trends for corporations, trade associations, government agencies and legal/lobbying firms. He has completed studies on wide range of economic, demographic, and labor market issues in New Hampshire and 30 other states.

A finance industry veteran, Elizabeth is president and chief compliance officer of Cayena Capital Management, an independent registered investment firm in Weare. She also is business recovery manager for the Center for Women Enterprise in New Hampshire Given the rise in demand for education and guidance. A second business she recently launched, Cayena Econ Lab, offers financial literacy and consulting services to nonprofit businesses globally. In 2020, Elizabeth was named a Outstanding Women in Business.
