2026 BOB Award winners

Untitled 2

Since 2008, NH Business Review has relied on its readers to help determine the Granite State’s best B2B businesses. These award-winning businesses are the ones who offer the best customer service, pay attention to all the details, have the most helpful employees and, most importantly, are the businesses that you trust with your business’s needs.

Voting was held November 7 – December 31, 2025.

We invite everyone to celebrate this year’s winners at the annual BOB Awards Party on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord, NH. More information and tickets can be found here.

Congratulations to the 2026 BOB Award winners!

2026 Editor Picks

Best new technology product with NH ties
BioAssembly Platform with BAB Intelligence from Advanced Solutions Life Sciences (ASLS)

A process to create human tissue and bone through 3D printing won top honors in December at the NH Tech Alliance’s Product of the Year competition.

The BioAssembly Bot 500 with BAB Intelligence, a robotic-based tissue fabrication and manufacturing platform, was developed by Advanced Solutions Life Sciences, a Louisville, Kentucky-based company whose research and development team is based in the Manchester Millyard. The company was a Product of the Year finalist in 2021.

Advanced Solutions’ first place showing came just a few weeks after the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute announced it had begun work on an 80,000-square-foot biomanufacturing and workforce training center in a massive mill building at 150 Dow St. in Manchester. The project, headed by inventor and ARMI founder Dean Kamen, will be funded with a portion of a $44 million federal economic development grant.

Advanced Solutions joined ARMI in 2017 and opened its R&D lab at 500 N. Commercial St. in the Millyard the following year. Six of the company’s 50 employees are based in New Hampshire. https://www.advancedsolutions.com/

Best comeback
NH Manufacturing Extension Partnership

Tony Fernandez and his six-member team at the NH Manufacturing Extension Partnership had a tight window to organize their annual industry summit in October, which attracted more than 400 people.

Just a few months before, the organization’s very existence was in doubt.

Last spring, the NH MEP president and CEO learned that the 51 MEPs that operate in each state would be losing their federal funding due to Trump administration budget cuts. The partnerships provide services to manufacturers and connect them with resources.

In late June, New Hampshire’s congressional delegation announced nearly $925,000 in federal funding to the NH MEP, saving it from closure and allowing it to continue the kind of work that was supported Oct. 24 by nearly three dozen sponsors who signed on to support the summit. https://www.nhmep.org/

Best independent reporting on statewide statistical data
NH Fiscal Policy Institute

The New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute, a regular contributor of economic analysis to NH Business Review, is a nonpartisan, independent research nonprofit that examines issues related to the state budget, the economy, policy decisions, and the financial security of Granite Staters, centering on issues relevant to low- and moderate-income people and families.

Its mission is to promote opportunity and economic well-being for all New Hampshire residents by producing and disseminating independent research and analysis to inform public policy. https://nhfpi.org/

Best Massachusetts import
Analogic

Analogic, a maker of airport security and medical equipment moved from Peabody, Massachusetts, to Salem, NH, this year, bringing with it 500 jobs.

The privately held company is a leading custom designer, manufacturer, and seller of sophisticated precision instruments for data acquisition conversion and signal processing.

Its work covers a broad range of technologies, from digital mammography, and magnetic resonance imaging to threat detection systems for airport screening, such as baggage scanners. and motion controls.

Analogic was founded in Wakefield, Mass., in 1964 by Bernie Gordon, originally known as Gordon Engineering. His 200-plus patents worldwide include the fetal monitor, the high-speed analog-to-digital converter, the instant imaging computer-aided tomography (CAT) scanner, Doppler radar, and an advanced bomb-detection device. The company became Analogic in 1969. https://www.analogic.com/

Best event to highlight NH’s outdoor industry and workforce resources
NH Outdoor Industry Day & Launch of the Workforce Toolkit for the Outdoor Lifestyle

In June 10, Granite Outdoor Alliance and New Hampshire’s Department of Business Economic Affairs (BEA)  hosted an industry gathering at Manchester’s Veterans Memorial Park. Gov. Kelly Ayotte officially declared June 10 as “New Hampshire Outdoor Industry Day,” highlighting the economic impact of New Hampshire’s $3.9 billion outdoor industry, which supports over 30,000 jobs and 1,000 small businesses across the state.

The gathering included the launch of the Workforce Toolkit for the Outdoor Lifestyle, developed by the Office of Outdoor Recreation Industry Development within the BEA. This new resource is designed to equip NH businesses with tools to leverage outdoor recreation in their workforce recruitment and retention strategies. https://www.graniteoutdooralliance.org/nh-outdoor-industry-day

Best new hotel property
The Lake Estate on Winnisquam

NH auto dealer entrepreneur Dan Dagesse bankrolled most of the more than $90 million it cost to build and outfit the Granite State’s newest luxury resort. The Lake Estate on Winnisquam, a 114-room property in Tilton that aspires to earn Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond status, opened in September.

The 36-acre property includes fine dining overseen by iconic chef Chris Viaud, a grand ballroom for weddings and events, and a 5,000-square-foot spa. Management team Ed and Patti Rocco aim to attract high-end travelers who would gladly pay $1,900 a night for a two-bedroom suite for a first-class New England experience. https://thelakeestatenh.com/

Best nonprofit project
Easterseals Military & Veterans Campus

In September, Easterseals celebrated the official opening of its Miltary & Veterans Campus, a 15-acre center in Franklin that includes 29 units of permanent affordable housing for veterans and military members, a conference center with 22 hotel-style rooms and a hub for veterans services organizations. A second phase will add aquatics and equine therapy and a fitness center.

While Easterseals suffered a management shakeup at the campus shortly after it opened, we expect those growing pains to subside as Easterseals and its partners, which include Swim With A Mission, calibrate the goals for the campus and create the revenue streams needed to make it sustainable.

The $40 project received its biggest share of funding from the state of New Hampshire, which earmarked $23 million of American Rescue Plan Act funds from the federal government to the campus.  https://militaryveteranscampusnh.org/

Best new program to boost STEM education in the Granite State
UNH’s STEM-MoBILE

The STEM-MoBILE (STEM Mobile Biofabrication Integrated Lab Experience) is a traveling lab that introduces the field of biofabrication to schools and communities across New Hampshire and surrounding areas. In its first year on the road, the UNH STEM-MoBILE delivered science and tech programming to over 12,000 people — including nearly 9,500 K–12 students — across 45 towns. From May 2024 to May 2025, the mobile lab made 135 trips to schools, camps, and community events, including New Hampshire Magazine’s Best of NH Party in June 2024. https://manchester.unh.edu/outreach/stem-mobile
