Ryan assists in day-to-day leadership of the investment team and helps set strategic direction for the firm, including asset allocation and portfolio strategy. Ryan serves as the co-portfolio manager of the flagship Core Equity Strategy and the Equity Income Strategy. As the director of equities, he oversees the team of investment analysts and is responsible for coordinating the research efforts, including stock picking and risk management. Ryan also manages client portfolios for individuals, trust and non-profit organizations.
