HEALTH CARE

Greater Seacoast Community Health has changed its brand and name to become Greater Seacoast Health, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, locally accessible services to the Seacoast region. The organization will no longer refer to its health centers as Goodwin and Families First, but as Greater Seacoast Health with locations in Somersworth and Portsmouth. Warde Senior Living, a Catholic Charities NH senior care community in Windham, has expanded to include a new rehabilitation unit, featuring 16 new private room and baths. Services include physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with 24-hour nursing care.

Elliot Health System recently promoted Alisha Feightner to senior vice president and chief strategy officer. She has been with Elliot since 2013, progressing through various roles under her most recent as VP of operational excellence and strategy development. Southern New Hampshire Medical Center has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 100 Great Community Hospitals list, recognizing medical institutions that deliver exceptional community-based care.

Concord Hospital has opened medical offices at 12 Yeaton Road, Unit C4, in Plymouth, a new multispecialty clinic designed to improve access to specialty health care services including otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat), urology and cardiology.

St. Joseph Hospital has appointed Monsignor James P. Moroney to its board of directors. A priest of the Diocese of Worcester and pastor of Saint Cecilia Parish in Leominster, Mass., Monsignor Moroney has served as rector of Saint John’s Seminary in Boston, executive director of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Secretariat for Divine Worship, and consultor to the Vatican’s Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Chrissy Askren, senior vice president of human resources at Claremont Savings Bank, recently completed the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee’s three-year program as part of the Class of 2026. The program is designed to equip banking professionals with a practical understanding of all aspects of commercial banking. Over the course of three years, graduates complete more than 200 hours of classroom instruction and develop in-depth analytical reports across eight key functional areas.

The Guyton Group’s Joseph H. Guyton, alongside Forge Financial’s principal and founder Andrew Guyton and financial advisor Ryan Coburn, have been named as a President’s Council Club qualifier by the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. The award is given to the top 2% of financial professionals who exemplify outstanding service and client dedication.

New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) has appointed Robert J. Dietel, Esq., as executive vice president, general counsel and chief risk officer. Dietel has administrative law experience in the financial and insurance sectors that will help strengthen NHMB and its affiliates (Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank, Savings Bank of Walpole and NHTrust).

NBT Bank has promoted Tara Trafton to senior vice president and chief credit officer. She joined the company in 2014 as a senior commercial banking relationship manager in New Hampshire and later advanced through several roles throughout New Hampshire.

BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS

Insurance provider Chubb has opened a new retail branch in Portland, Maine, with Matthew Bouchard at the helm, responsible for driving growth across Maine and New Hampshire. Chubb provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance.

daSilva Motorsports and Marine recently expanded into the Lakes Region with the acquisition of the property and facility at 1204 Whittier Highway in Moultonborough, formally Independent Marine. The new location features a retail showroom and two large storage buildings that will allow daSilva to better serve the region with year-round storage, maintenance and service. Megan Ryder, vice president and commercial loan officer for Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB), assisted with the transaction.

Associated Grocers of New England has rebranded itself to Associated Grocers Northeast. The new name reflects the organization’s expanding footprint beyond New England into New York, northeastern Pennsylvania and the broader Northeast region.

LAW

McLane Middleton recently hired attorneys Michael R. Caughron and Tayla A. George as associates in the firm’s Litigation Department. Caughron most recently worked as an associate for a Boston law firm, and George was an associate at another New Hampshire-based firm practicing in litigation and immigration.

Twenty attorneys from McLane Middleton have been named in the 2026 edition of New England Super Lawyers: Peter D. Anderson, Steven M. Burke, Patrick C. Closson, Michael A. Delaney, Steven J. Dutton, Bruce W. Felmly, Joseph A. Foster, Wilbur A. Glahn III, Dennis J. Haley Jr., Scott H. Harris, Linda S. Johnson, Barry Needleman, Margaret A. O’Brien, Jennifer L. Parent, John E. Rich Jr., Mark C. Rouvalis, Cameron G. Shilling, Jeremy T. Walker, Mark A. Wright and Gregory H. Smith. An additional eight attorneys were included as Rising Stars: Whitney A. Alexander, Stephanie K. TECHNOLOGY

The New Hampshire Tech Alliance has elected three new members to its board of directors for the 2026–2027 term: Kyle Viator, dean of the School of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics at Southern New Hampshire University; Scott Weller, co-founder and CTO of EnFi; and Brian J. Stumm, vice president of engineering and technology at Hypertherm Associates. The Board also elected Jason Gagnon, partner at Wipfli, as vice chair.

ProInfoNet, a Maine-based IT consulting firm, has appointed Brad Sprague as director of sales and marketing. Sprague’s career includes more than two decades in the managed services industry, including over 20 years at Systems Engineering, where he advanced from an internship role to leading the company’s sales and marketing teams.

MANUFACTURING

GreenSource, a sustainable circuit board manufacturer based in Charlestown, recently welcomed Chris Hartman as quality supervisor. As a certified ISO 9001 lead internal auditor with Lean Six Sigma experience, Hartman’s background includes working as a crime scene investigator and forensic chemist, an explosive chemical analyst supporting operations in Afghanistan, and a research scientist working with the U.S. Navy to develop new scientific approaches to improve the detection and defeat of IED threats.

EDUCATION

Colby-Sawyer College has received a $1.1 million grant from the Burkehaven Family Foundation to expand its Master of Social Work (MSW) program, to include scholarships, graduate support and faculty resources to increase the pipeline of licensed social workers serving New Hampshire and rural communities.

Jennifer Tockman, director of Career Services and BOLD Women’s Leadership Network at Colby-Sawyer College, has been elected to the board of directors for New Hampshire Women in Higher Education. She will serve as secretary for the 2026-28 term.

ENGINEERING

Hoyle Tanner has grown its team with new appointments. Joshua Sklarsky joined as its first chief technology officer; Jacobo Forero joined as an AI/ML software engineer; and Evan Raymond, PE, joined as senior transportation engineer. In addition, Tyler Heinrich earned his Licensed Land Surveyor credential.

Sean Fullmer, PG, has joined Sanborn, Head & Associates as vice president in the firm’s Philadelphia office. His technical proficiency includes fate-and-transport analysis, vapor intrusion investigations, multimedia fate and transport modeling, and public water system installation and permitting.

Civilworks New England welcomed Appalachia Kunz and Isaac LaPointe as staff engineers to its Dover office. Both are recent graduates of the University of New Hampshire and previously spent several seasons as interns with Civilworks, gaining practical experience alongside the firm’s engineering staff. In their new roles, Kunz and LaPointe will support civil engineering projects throughout New Hampshire and Maine.

Nobis Group welcomed Carla Munoz as vice president of human resources based in the firm’s Concord office. She brings more than 30 years of experience to the role, including over a decade in talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development and organizational planning.

NONPROFITS

Peter Clarke, COO of BaldwinClarke, has been appointed to the Crotched Mountain Foundation board of trustees, bringing over two decades of financial experience to the Board.

Friends of New Hampshire Drug Courts (FNHDC) has been awarded a $6,591.79 Justice Grant from the New Hampshire Bar Foundation to help cover the everyday costs that can stand between a participant and lasting recovery (transportation, housing, health and dental care, food and clothing, and job training and education).

Avesta Housing, the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in New England, recently welcomed Jonathan Greven as vice president of finance and business strategy and Anthony Ronzio as vice president of strategic partnerships. Greven served in a leadership role at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, and Ronzio has more than 20 years of experience working in public affairs and communications throughout Maine.

Members of New Hampshire Electric Cooperative voted to elect one incumbent and two new members to its board of directors: William Darcy, of Benton; Laurel Boivin, of Lee; and Carl Knowlton, of New Hampton.

All were elected to three-year terms.

The Community Development Finance Authority awarded tax credits to 22 nonprofits throughout New Hampshire for a total investment of $5.54 million. Organizations across the state being awarded funds are helping to increase access to quality child care and food security; create safe, affordable housing opportunities; revitalize downtowns to expand economic opportunities; and strengthen those organizations that create long-term impact in NH’s communities.

The Moore Center, a Manchester-based nonprofit providing services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and acquired brain disorders as well as services to children and senior citizens, recently hired Mahesh Bhatia as chief financial officer. Bhatia, who is a certified public accountant, a chartered accountant from India and a certified merger and acquisition advisor, previously served in senior financial leadership roles across nonprofit and corporate organizations in the U.S., Canada, the United Arab Emirates and India.

Nicole Plourde has been promoted to director of community services for Catholic Charities NH. Plourde has been with the organization since 2000, most recently serving as deputy director of community services. Elaine Paquet, who has been with the nonprofit since 2018, will take over as the deputy director of the community services program.

CONSTRUCTION

Plan New Hampshire announced its 2026 Merit Awards of Excellence winners an awards ceremony last month. The eight projects that were honored that evening, highlighting creative approaches to collaboration and cooperation, included: Apartments @ 249 Main in Nashua; Canal Street Riverfront Park in Concord; Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin; Gather Community Food Center in Portsmouth; Madbury Road Complete Streets Project in Durham; Old Bridle Path Restoration in Lincoln and Franconia; Rockingham County Municipal Complex in Brentwood; and the Truette Apartments in Dover. The reception also recognized 20 students, who were collectively awarded $31,500 in scholarship funds.

MARKETING

Millennium Agency has appointed Deanna Barnhouse as project account manager. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at East Carolina University, where she also earned a marketing certificate, and is working toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nick Golon named president, chief engineer of TFMoran

TFMoran, a New England-based engineering and surveying firm, has appointed Nick Golon, PE, as president and chief engineer. Golon succeeds Robert Duval, PE, who announced in May that he would step down as president while continuing as chairman of the board of directors.

Golon joined TFMoran in 2005 and has served for the past six years as a principal and head of the firm’s Civil Engineering Department. During his tenure at TFMoran, he has led some of the firm’s largest site-development projects, including the Merrimack Station Clean Air Project and the Village on Technology Hill, a 110-acre mixed-use live-work-play development.
