Newforma names chief marketing officer, promotes two others
Manchester-based Newforma, a provider of project information management software for architects, engineers, contractors and owners, has named Mike Lewis as its chief marketing officer.
Lewis has 25 years of experience in marketing and sales management and leadership. Before joining Newforma, he was vice president of marketing at Everbridge.
Newforma also has announced the promotions of Marge Hart has to senior vice president of product management and Tammy Fuller to senior vice president of software engineering.
Bekar named Dow Group’s lead luxury agent
Shanna Bekar of The Dow Group has been named to take on the role of lead luxury agent at the firm’s office in Meredith. Bekar, who has been with the company since 2016, focuses on customer service and has market expertise and strong negotiation skills, said Adam Dow, CEO of The Dow Group.
He said Bekar has sold many waterfront properties to individuals new to the area.
VP of acquisitions named by Heritage Properties
New England Heritage Properties, a property management company based in Lowell, Mass., has hired Derek Coulombe as vice president of acquisitions.
Coulombe, who has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, previously worked as senior managing director at Fantini & Gorga, specializing in structuring and placing debt and equity for commercial real estate owners and investors.
Hopson joins TFMoran
Mahreana Hopson has joined TFMoran as structural project manager in the Bedford office. Hopson is a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut and New Hampshire. Her recent experience includes management, design, and documentation of multi-story steel structures with concrete foundations, including occasional mass timber and masonry elements.
Optima Dermatology leases Salem space
Optima Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics has leased 6,870 square feet of space at 31 Stiles Rd., Salem. Hugo Overdeput and Andrew Robbins of Colliers’ Manchester office represented the landlord, and Sean McQuaid of Eastern Retail Properties Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction.
Built in 2013, the two-story 50,456-square-foot medical building also is home to Parkland Urgent Care, Salem Radiology, and Lahey Center for Oncology and Hematology.
Ground broken on Cochecho River redevelopment in Dover
A ceremony was held Tuesday along the Cochecho River to mark the long-sought agreement to redevelop the city’s waterfront.
Cathartes, a Boston-based development company, will be building build a mixed-use development featuring hundreds of housing units, eateries and commercial space. Work on the first phase of the project is likely to begin next spring.
