AD SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

NH Business Review is produced on a Macintosh platform and printed on web offset at 100 line screen. All advertisements should be produced actual size. It is recommended that you do not use four color/process black for areas of text in your ad.

Please use the following guidelines when creating your ad to ensure the highest quality reproduction in the publication.

ACCEPTED FORMATS FOR SUBMISSIONS

PDF files. Flattened, CMYK or Grayscale, 200 dpi or higher, fonts embedded, exact dimensions.

Adobe InDesign. All necessary files need to be collected and compressed into folders. Include all fonts, images, and logos. All art files must be CMYK or Grayscale, 200 dpi or higher.

Adobe Illustrator. Flattened, CMYK or Grayscale, 200 dpi or higher, fonts outlined, exact dimensions.

Adobe Photoshop. EPS/TIF/JPG format, flattened, CMYK or Grayscale, 200 dpi or higher, fonts embedded/rasterized, exact dimensions.

To submit your artwork, please use one of these methods:

– log in to the Client Center Portal to upload your materials
– use the Artwork Upload Link if one was provided to you via email
– email your materials to your account representative
