Vice President of Behavioral Health
Point 32 Health (parent company to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care)

Jill (she/hers) is responsible for the behavioral health program at Point32Health and in leading the execution of the organizational vision to provide best in class behavioral health benefit delivery through a “whole person” integrated care approach.

Jill has worked at Tufts Health Plan for 20+ years in various leadership positions. Prior to her current role, she served as the Vice President of Quality and Medical Policy where she was responsible for the clinical quality, medical policy, quality measurement and performance as well as the quality accreditation and regulatory compliance programs. Earlier in her career, she worked as a child and family therapist, as well as a clinical director of a treatment program for adolescent girls.

She received a B.A. in sociology from Miami University and a M.S.W. from Boston University, and is a licensed social worker. She currently serves on the board of the Samaritans.

Manager of Behavioral Health

Nina received a Masters in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2016. A few years later, she became a dually licensed clinician as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a Master Level Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC). She has worked at Amoskeag Health, which is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Manchester, NH for the last seven years. Throughout her years at Amoskeag Health, she has worked as a Behavioral Health Clinician, providing integrated behavioral health care to primary care patients. She has also supported the Medication Assisted Treatment program, providing oversight and coordination of care for patients. In her current role as Manager of Behavioral Health, she provides licensure supervision to staff, oversees the day–to–day operations of the behavioral health team and works with other departments to support the success of integrated behavioral health services.
