Home prices in the Manchester-Nashua area rose by 2.1 percent in July from a year earlier, according to a report from property information and analytics firm CoreLogic.
The prices – which include distressed sales – reflect a 0.6 percent increase from June.
Excluding distressed sales, year-over-year prices increased by 0.6 percent in July 2014 compared to July 2013. On a month-over-month basis, excluding distressed sales, the CoreLogic Home Price Index indicates home prices increased by 0.7 percent in July 2014 compared to June 2014.
Home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased 7.4 percent in July 2014 compared to July 2013. On a month-over-month basis, home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased 1.2 percent in July 2014 compared to June 2014.
