Home prices in the Manchester-Nashua area rose by 2.1 percent in July from a year earlier, according to a report from property information and analytics firm CoreLogic.
The prices – which include distressed sales – reflect a 0.6 percent increase from June.
Excluding distressed sales, year-over-year prices increased by 0.6 percent in July 2014 compared to July 2013. On a month-over-month basis, excluding distressed sales, the CoreLogic Home Price Index indicates home prices increased by 0.7 percent in July 2014 compared to June 2014.
