Michael Noonan is the President and Managing Director of Shaheen and Gordon, P.A., a full-service law firm with locations in Concord, Dover, Manchester, Nashua, and Portland, ME. He began his first term as managing director in January 2007. Since then, the firm has more than doubled in size to more than 40 attorneys and 40 paralegals and staff. Michael is detail-oriented and strives to find creative solutions when it comes both to business and his clients. He has been practicing law in New Hampshire since 1990 and is also a member of the bar and handles cases in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. Michael’s practice is now concentrated on the representation of victims and their families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases of all types. His aggressive and experienced representation has resulted in significant compensation in small and large cases, including many cases where recovery has been in excess of one million dollars. Michael also helped establish and is a member of the firm’s Anti-Discrimination and Diversity Committee.

Prior to launching Drinkwater, Lisa spent 20+ years in the corporate sector building product and brand strategies for top fortune 500 companies such as The Limited Corporation, Timberland Footwear and Staples Inc.

Thomas Raffio assumed the role of president & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental when he moved to New Hampshire in 1995, after his tenure at Delta Dental of Massachusetts as Senior Vice President.
Under its CEO’s leadership, Northeast Delta Dental has grown from ~50 to ~200 employees, modeling best human resources practices.
