He works extensively with Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals, and a variety of other health care providers on compliance with the Anti- Kickback Statute and the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) law; state regulatory issues including change of ownership and licensing; credentialing, and health care entity strategic planning. He has handled numerous HIPAA and state privacy law matters, and counsels hospitals, FQHCs, Medical Spas, nursing homes and assisted living centers, physician organizations, CCRCs, and independent providers. Andrew has extensive experience working with charitable trusts and non-profit entities.

Prior to her transition to consulting, Regina served in hospital laboratory, Health Information Management (HIM), operations, and compliance leadership roles for various hospitals, health systems, and health plans in the northeast. Additionally, she served as a senior leader over the Medicare Advantage product for a regional health plan. Regina holds an MBA from The George Washington University. Her credentials include Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives® (FACHE).
