Eric is the Director of Acquisitions & Development for The Stabile Companies. In this role, Eric oversees all property acquisitions, permitting, development, and project implementation functions for the company. With 450 units currently under construction or in permitting in Southern New Hampshire, Eric and the Stabile team remain very active in the state.
Prior to his time with Stabile, Eric was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield where he worked in the company’s Manchester, New Hampshire office with a focus on commercial sales and leasing.
