Matthew Lefebvre is a young, passionate real estate entrepreneur, who at the time of earning his real estate license at 18 years old, was the youngest real estate licensee in the State of New Hampshire. After several years in the real estate business working in investment sales and commercial leasing, Lefebvre founded his own firm Downtown Realty, headquartered in Bedford, NH.

Over the course of his career, Lefebvre has transacted on over $150,000,000 in real estate ranging from leasing small businesses their first storefront to selling portfolios of apartment buildings spanning multiple towns. He specializes in investment sales, retail and development throughout New Hampshire. Additionally, Lefebvre is a real estate investor himself and is one of the founding partners of Red Brick Investments. He is the Past President of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association (NHREIA), a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the board of directors of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR).

Outside of real estate, Lefebvre enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping and rock climbing. His passion for the outdoors is rooted in his involvement in Scouting as a youth where he earned his Eagle Scout rank at Troop 22 in Amherst, NH. He continues to volunteer and support the Daniel Webster Council of Scouting America, serving on their executive board currently as the Vice President of Special Events & Fund Development.
