Cameron has dealt with these issues under a range of state and federal laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Blilely Act (GLB), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), the Massachusetts and California data security regulations, and a number of other state data security and breach notification laws.
Lisa PetersonLisa Peterson has worked for Service Credit Union for 25 years. Most of those years have been spent in the capacity of the Manager Admin Services/ Security. Lisa was responsible for the development and implementation of a security program, training, the installation of security intrusion, access and video systems, amongst other things. Over the past year as the AVP of Admin Services/Security, Lisa still oversees that area, but her focus is more on the construction of new facilities and renovation of existing facilities.
