2022 Business Excellence Winner: Beth Slepian of Granite VNA

Beth is president/CEO of Granite VNA, which serves thousands of patients and families each year as the state’s largest home health and hospice organization, where she oversees employees and volunteers who help implement the nonprofit’s mission. She serves on the board of directors for Havenwood Heritage Heights’, CATCH Neighborhood Housing, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association for Home Care and Hospice including its public policy committee and government affairs advisory council. Her work emphasizes that providing clinical and administrative opportunities for learning and advancement helps strengthen the community’s health and improves workforce retention and sustainability.
