As Vice President of Sales & Account Management, Caitlin is responsible for leading UnitedHealthcare’s new business, client retention and service teams in New England. Caitlin and her team are instrumental in delivering effective healthcare solutions and strategies to clients and consulting partners. Prior to her current role, Caitlin held roles as Vice President of Account Management, Director of Account Management and Senior Strategic Account Executive with UnitedHealthcare. Caitlin has been part of the UnitedHealthcare team over 10 years.
Caitlin joined UnitedHealthcare in 2012, with experience as both a consultant and a client. She served as the Manager of Employee Benefits for the City of Providence, RI where she managed the City’s benefit programs for both active employees and retirees. Prior to her role at the City, Caitlin worked on the Health and Benefits consulting teams at Hewitt Associates and Mercer.
Caitlin is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a concentration in Healthcare Management. She also serves as the Membership Chair of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association and is serves as a Career Champion at UnitedHealthcare. She and her husband Sean live in Massachusetts with their five-year-old daughter and two-year-old son.
Bill Scheiber Account Executive Surest
Bill Schreiber is an Account Executive at Surest, where he has been working with employers since 2019. Bill has spent his entire career in healthcare working on solutions that help members get better outcomes. Prior to Surest, Bill was an early employee at Included Health. Outside of work, Bill resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
