Kirsten Allen is a member of Shaheen & Gordon’s business law group. She works with business clients on a range of matters, focusing on understanding their challenges and providing thoughtful advice, solutions, and litigation services when needed. 

Kirsten also has experience in healthcare law, civil litigation, personal injury, and insurance matters. Her broad range of knowledge allows her to provide a unique perspective for clients. Kirsten received her B.F.A from the University of Utah in 2016 before making the move to New Hampshire, where she received her J.D. from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2020.

William C. Baker

William Baker is a member of the Shaheen & Gordon’s business law and civil litigation groups. He has over a decade of experience representing a diverse cross-section of individuals and businesses throughout New Hampshire, Maine, New York, and Colorado. 

Will works to build lasting, trusting relationships with his clients. His motivation to see them succeed drives a creative approach to legal challenges. He guides businesses through a range of matters, including business formation and organization, regulatory matters, employment law, succession planning, litigation, and more. 

Will received his law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and spent his first 10 years practicing in Colorado, where he founded a successful firm built on his client-driven approach. In addition to his legal experience, Will holds an MBA and brings these added skills to his business practice.

Sean T. O’Connell

Sean O’Connell has more than 25 years of experience providing legal services to New Hampshire businesses. He helps his clients manage the life and health of their businesses, including purchase and sales, acquisition, entity selection and creation as well as corporate dissolution, drafting, defending and challenging non-compete, and other restrictive covenants. He understands the needs of business owners in New Hampshire and is focused on reaching efficient and fair outcomes. 

A native of Durham, New Hampshire, Sean received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1987 and then went on to compete in the U.S. National Rowing Team for several years. He received his Juris Doctorate from UNH Law School in 1995. Sean is on the Board of Directors for the Dover Children’s home and previously served on the boards for the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire.
