WSMN parcel auction postponed
A foreclosure auction of the 12.5-acre parcel owned by developer John Picard at 502 W. Hollis St., the former home of WSMN radio, has been postponed until Tuesday.
Creditors had planned to auction the parcel off this week but opted to wait until Tuesday hold the sale, a law firm handling the foreclosure said.
Picard had hoped to build a so-called work force housing complex on the site, but his proposal was rejected by the zoning board in Nashua.
