WBC readies Spring Marketplace

“Business in Bloom,” the Women’s Business Center’s annual Spring Marketplace, will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. May 4 at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel and Conference Center.

The event, which includes a vendor marketplace and networking opportunities, this year will include an educational session featuring four speakers from around New Hampshire.

The speakers will be: Cathleen Schmidt, president of Citizens Bank New Hampshire; Laura Knoy, host of “The Exchange” on New Hampshire Public Radio; JerriAnne Boggis, director of diversity at the University of New Hampshire; and professional coach Judith Rutty Godfrey, author of “Never Have Another Bad Day” and owner of Forestview Coaching.

A limited number of tables remains available for the marketplace, which allows participants to showcase their products and services.
