Two nabbed on drug warrants in Merrimack

MERRIMACK – Two Merrimack residents turned themselves in to police Friday on felony drug warrants.

Andrew Ryan, 20, of 173 Turkey Hill Road, and Caitlin Driscoll, 18, of 26 Jo Ellen Drive, were arrested and released on personal recognizance bail, according to police.

Police began investigating the pair after they assisted on a Nov. 5 ambulance call to Ryan’s address and noticed items that “raised their suspicions,” police said.

Ryan is charged with dispensing heroin and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Both are felonies.

Driscoll is charged with felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, police said.

Ryan was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail. Driscoll was released on $3,500 personal recognizance bail.

Both of them will appear at Merrimack District Court on Dec. 1, police said.
