Three charged with rape of minors

NASHUA – A grand jury this month indicted three city men for sexually assaulting minors.

Rojaun Hutchinson, 19, of 64 Ash St., Apt. A, faces six indictments of class B felony sexual assault. The Hillsborough County criminal indictments allege that between June and September, Hutchinson, who was 18 at the time, raped an acquaintance who was 14.

Each charge carries a maximum criminal penalty of 3-1/2 to 7 years imprisonment and a $4,000 fine.

Paul Harris, 34, of 18-1/2 Blossom St., was indicted on one class B felony count of sexual assault, one class B felony count of endangering the welfare of a child, and a class A misdemeanor charge of sexual assault. Harris, who was 33 at the time, in August raped a 14-year-old girl whom he knew, police allege.

The endangerment charge carries a penalty of 3-1/2 to 7 years imprisonment and a $4,000 fine, and the misdemeanor charge carries a 12-month prison sentence and $2,000 fine.

And 47-year-old John Robbins of 53 Kinsley St., Apt. 1, has been indicted on St., Apt. 1, has been indicted onfive counts of felonious sexual assault and two counts of attempted felonious sexual assault for crimes that allegedly occurred last decade.

Robbins raped and attempted to rape a male child under the age of 13 between January 1992 and December 1995 at various homes, the indictments allege.
