Three-car accident leaves 2 injured

Two drivers were transported to the hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries following a three-car motor vehicle accident on Baboosic Lake Road on Friday.

Molly Flynn, 17, of 43 Maidstone Drive in Merrimack, was traveling east in a 2002 Toyota Camry just before 5 p.m. when she rear ended a vehicle being operated by Sarah Rothhaus, 17, of 14 Kitteridge Lane in Merrimack, according to police.

Rothhaus was stopped in traffic when she was hit, according to police.

That caused Rothhaus’ 1999 Toyota Camry to rear end the car in front of it, a 2002 Dodge Caravan being operated by Geraldine Gregowske, 59, of 53 Middlesex Road in Merrimack.

Gregowske was also stopped in traffic, police said. The accident occurred on Baboosic Lake Road near Worcester Avenue.

Flynn and Rothhaus were transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua for treatment. The accident remains under investigation by Merrimack police.
