Teen charged with theft of iPods

MERRIMACK – A teen stole two iPods from backpacks at Merrimack High School and sold one of them, police said.

Justin Greenwood, 17, of 12 Cedar Lane, faces two counts of theft, police said. He stole the listening devices from backpacks left unattended in a classroom, police said.

Aaron McLeod, 18, of 11 Railroad Ave., bought one of the i-Pods from Greenwood and faces a receiving stolen property charge, police said.

Greenwood and McLeod are slated to appear in court March 31.
