Teen charged with sex assaults

NASHUA – A 16 year old faces five aggravated felony sexual assault counts for allegedly assaulting a 14 year old girl between July and August 2006, police said Monday. He was arrested Friday.

He also faces two misdemeanor sexual assault charges for allegedly assaulting a second teen, a 15 year old girl, last month, police said.

The name of the accused was not released because he is being charged as a juvenile, but he might become certified to stand trial as an adult, police said.

He is already facing a trial on two other aggravated felonious sexual assault charges for allegedly assaulting a third victim, a 15 year old, in August 2008, police said.
