Start of town's seasonal parking ban sure sign winter is near

If the recent chilly weather and retailers’ holiday advertising bombardment haven’t convinced you that winter is just around the corner, here’s yet another sure sign: Hudson’s seasonal overnight parking ban is about to commence.

Starting Monday, “no vehicle or trailer shall be parked on any public street between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.,” according to the wording in town ordinance 317-17, as quoted by Hudson police.

The ban continues until March 30.

In the event that unforeseeable circumstances such as a vehicle breakdown occur, motorists should notify Hudson police at 886-6011 as soon as possible and make arrangements.
