Snowmobile club receives award
The New Hampshire Snowmobile Association recently received the Easter Seals N.H. David P. Goodwin Lifetime Commitment Award before 300 people at the Easter Seals N.H. annual Celebration of Giving.
The award honors any individual or group that has demonstrated an outstanding long-term commitment to Easter Seals. The award is named after former Easter Seals board chairman and current volunteer David Goodwin, who has supported Easter Seals N.H. for four decades.
For 37 years, snowmobilers from 100 clubs throughout the state have demonstrated unwavering dedication to Easter Seals. Each year, NHSA members raise funds to support Easter Seals Camp Sno-Mo in Gilmanton Iron Works. To date, they have raised more than $2 million and have helped to provide help, hope and answers to more than 3,000 campers.
