Real estate investing workshop begins Oct. 1
Lakes Region Community College course will cover the basics and more
“Introduction to Real Estate Investing,” a four-session course, will be offered beginning Oct. 1 at Lakes Region Community College in Laconia.
Presented by Concord real estate investor Rodney Musto Jr., the course is being offered from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, Oct. 1, 8, 15 and 22.
Musto owns B&B Associates Realty and is co-owner of Terrier Associates.
“The course will start by teaching the basics of real estate investing and continue into laws and regulations,” said LRCC Academic Affairs Vice President Tom Goulette.
He said the workshop will provide “a greater understanding of real estate investment transactions and knowledge of how to make them,” as well as a better understanding of real estate contracts. Cash flow concepts and how to apply them to real estate transactions will also be covered.
According to Goulette, Musto started investing in real estate when he was 20 years of age,” says LRCC Academic Affairs Vice President, Tom Goulette (Belmont). “Now Rodney owns 24 units worth millions and he’s 25 years old. Mr. Musto has been called the new ‘Trump’ by some of his investors.” Musto is half owner of Terrier Realtors and full owner of B&B Associates.
