Christian is a senior broker at The Boulos Company. For the past 10 years, he has focused his brokerage efforts in southern New Hampshire, southern Maine and northern Massachusetts representing local, regional and national buyers, tenants, and investors. In addition, he has an extensive financial and management background which he obtained from his tenure with PENSCO Trust. He currently serves as president of the NH Commercial Investment Board of Realtors.
Bill Norton
Bill is the founder of Norton Asset Management Inc., Manchester, is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) who specializes in the management of the construction process from design through occupancy and has extensive experience in energy and facility management as well as real estate brokerage. He also is a longtime regular columnist for NH Business Review.
Bruce H. Bagdasarian
Bruce is an attorney at Sheehan Phinney and chairs the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group. He has a diverse commercial real estate lending and transactional practice with extensive experience representing lending institutions in connection with construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine loans. He also represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, borrowers in commercial real estate financings, lenders and borrowers in business financings and lenders and borrowers in commercial loan workouts.
