New Year's Eve bonfire benefit set
MILFORD – Dale Riley of Riley Brothers Lumber on Christmas Tree Lane is hosting a large bonfire celebration on New Year’s Eve from 7 p.m.-1 a.m. to raise funds for the Jaiden’s Angel Foundation.
The bonfire starts at 9 p.m.
Activities from 7-9 p.m. include hayrides, a sledding hill and tethered balloon rides (weather permitting).
Refreshments are available for purchase or bring your own. Small fires available for toasting marshmallows, etc.
The event is BYOB. There is room and parking available for hundreds. For more information, call Riley at 673-2787 (days) or 673-4036 (evenings).
Riley Brothers is off Jennison Road, which is off North River Road, which is off Route 13 north – 3.5 miles from the Milford Oval. There will be indoor facilities, a covered barn area and anyone needing assistance can take a sleigh ride to the bonfire.
Jaiden’s Angel was created in memory of Milford’s Jaiden Lyndi Tlapa, who died nearly a year ago of injuries suffered in a tragic accident. The foundation supports families of critically and catastrophically ill children.
