New traffic patterns at polls in Merrimack
MERRIMACK – Police are anticipating a high turnout in today’s election, so they are asking residents to cooperate with new traffic patterns at polling places.
At James Mastricola Upper Elementary School, voters will enter from McElwain Street and exit on School Street.
At St. James Church, a center-turn lane will be dedicated for traffic heading north, and a right lane will be dedicated for through-traffic.
Signs will be posted to help motorists, and police officers have been assigned to direct cars.
