Nashua woman wins Democratic nomination for Registrar of Deeds
Louise Wright, of Nashua, has officially won the Democratic nomination for the Hillsborough County Registrar of Deeds. Wright, who works in the office, got 3,830 votes, or 32 percent of the 11,793 votes cast.
Arthur Beaudry received 2,748 votes; Paula Borbotsina received 2,624; and Ben Clemons received 2,591.
Wright will face former state Rep. Pam Coughlin of Mont Vernon, who won the GOP nomination. They are seeking to replace Judith MacDonald, who is retiring after 28 years.
