Nashua teen wins regional pageant

NASHUA – Rachel Rendina, 17, was crowned Miss Rockingham County 2008-09 at Salem High School on Saturday, Nov. 15. Rendina won more than $6,500 in scholarships and prizes.

Rendina attends Nashua High School North. Her platform is teenage depression awareness, and she performed a lyrical dance to “How You Live.”

Rendina inspires to help others by being a positive role model and volunteer in the community.

In the spring, Rendina will be competing for the state title at the Miss New Hampshire Pageant.
