Man threatens self-harm, pours gas

A Litchfield man who reportedly threatened to harm himself poured gasoline inside a home but was eventually subdued by police Friday morning.

A police dispatcher refused comment, but scanner reports after 10 a.m. said the man had poured gasoline inside the home at 36 Woodhawk Way. He had threatened to harm himself.

But police subdued the man, and emergency crews had to diminish the gasoline.
