Man accused of peeking into room

NASHUA (AP) – A Massachusetts man was been arrested on charges of peeking at a woman dressing in a Nashua store.

Police said Noe Guidel Regalado, of Waltham, is charged with lying on the floor and looking into a fitting room at Kohl’s.

Police said the woman didn’t see him, but that her mother spotted a man lying on the floor looking into the changing room.

Police said Guidel Regalado was arrested in Natick, Mass., in January on similar charges. He told police he is from Guatemala and has been in the United States for about two years.

Police are looking into his immigration status.
