Man accused of break-in try, threat
A Nashua man was arrested early Monday morning after he sent his ex-wife a text message stating that he was going to kill her, and then kicked down her door, police said Tuesday.
Omar Villavicencio, 36, of 87 Lock St., was arrested soon after the incident at 7 Kendrick St., charged with attempted burglary and criminal threatening, both felonies, police said. He is accused of breaking a window and the door, and with threatening to kill the woman. There is no evidence that he was armed, however, Detective Lt. George McCarthy said.
Villavicencio left his ex-wife’s home after realizing that she’d called police, but officers found him at his home, McCarthy said.
